Our Mission
Najjar Performing Arts Academy exists to transform theatre from an art form into a life skill, empowering individuals of all ages to build presence, empathy, and emotional intelligence through performance-based training.
We equip people not just to perform on stage, but to communicate with confidence, lead with authenticity, and navigate life with greater awareness, expression, and human connection, carrying forward a legacy where theatre becomes a tool for personal and collective growth.

All Year Classes
We don't teach theatre to create stars. We teach theatre to help young people shine in life. Through acting, storytelling, improvisation, and creative expression, children and teens develop confidence, empathy, communication skills, leadership, and resilience... essential life skills that stay with them long after the curtain falls.

The Summer Camp
Unlike traditional summer camps that focus primarily on keeping children busy, our Theatre Summer Camp is built around a structured educational journey. Each week has clearly defined learning objectives, while every day follows a carefully designed program with specific activities and outcomes. From creativity and communication to teamwork, confidence, and performance skills, every hour serves a purpose. Parents can review the full weekly objectives and detailed daily schedule to understand exactly what their children will be learning and experiencing throughout the summer.
Age 8 to 14
Teens BootCamps
During school breaks throughout the year, we offer Teen Bootcamps that go beyond acting to explore public speaking, storytelling, scriptwriting, improvisation, and other valuable creative and communication skills. Designed as intensive, hands-on experiences, these bootcamps help teenagers build confidence, express themselves, and discover new talents.

Masterclasses & Creative Workshops
For adults looking to deepen their artistic skills, Najjar Academy offers a series of specialized workshops led by experienced professionals from the performing arts industry.
From acting, scriptwriting, and voice acting to mime, improvisation, and movement, these masterclasses provide hands-on training for anyone eager to explore, create, and grow.
The Cyrano Lab for Business
We are proud to be among the first in the region to pioneer theatre-based training for professionals.
Through The Cyrano Lab, we help young professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams develop essential skills such as public speaking, communication, emotional intelligence, negotiation, storytelling, and leadership using methodologies inspired by the performing arts.
