improvise & perform - adults

About the workshop

Are you curious about acting but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to step into someone else’s shoes and feel what it’s like to perform truthfully in front of others?

This workshop is for you.

Over the course of 8 dynamic, hands-on sessions, you’ll learn the foundations of method acting—a powerful technique that helps you connect deeply with your emotions, memories, and instincts. We’ll begin by exploring how to build a character from within, using real experiences and imaginative exercises. Then, we’ll move into the world of improvisation, where scenes are created in the moment, shaped by intention, energy, and authenticity.

Together, we’ll take the best of those improvised moments and develop them into a unique, original social comedy—fully rehearsed, but unscripted. You’ll be part of a collaborative creative process where characters emerge organically, and storytelling is grounded in realism, humor, and humanity.

In the final session, we take our creation to the public with a live outdoor performance in an iconic landmark setting—without sets, lights, or microphones. Just presence, voice, and connection with the audience.

No prior acting experience is needed—just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to play.

Public speaking - adults

About the workshop

In this dynamic, interactive workshop, we’ll use the power of theatre to transform how you speak in public—not by teaching you to imitate others, but by helping you discover the most compelling version of yourself.

Through a series of theatre-based exercises, improvisation, and guided reflection, participants will uncover their natural speaking persona—the voice, body language, and emotional tone that best reflects who they are and how they want to connect with an audience.

Once your unique speaker persona is unlocked, we’ll work on refining it. You’ll explore tools actors use to command the stage: voice projection, breath control, movement, timing, storytelling, and presence. Whether you’re pitching an idea, delivering a speech, or leading a meeting, this workshop will help you speak with confidence, clarity, and authenticity, because the best public speakers aren’t pretending to be someone else; they’re playing the role they were born to own.

What You’ll Gain:

  • A deeper understanding of your natural speaking style

  • The tools to shape and strengthen your speaker persona

  • Confidence through movement, vocal work, and improvisation

  • The ability to connect emotionally with your audience

  • A safe, creative space to practice and receive feedback

Ideal For:
Anyone who wants to speak with more presence, power, and personality, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned speaker looking to refine your voice.
